We understand how important it is to receive your designer pieces quickly. We have all had our own home decorating projects that require everything to arrive in an orhcestrated manner to come together beautifully.
Some of our designer furniture is hand-crafted by artisans who build their pieces one at a time. Because of this, some items have a longer lead time than others. Please refer to the description of each piece you are interested in for a detailed estimate on delivery time. Once your order is placed, our customer service team will keep you informed along the way with the progress of your order.
Depending on the item, your designer pieces may arrive by commercial freight or by commercial carrier (FedEx or UPS).
Some items will be quite heavy and we will advise you to have able-bodied people on hand to accept the delivery and ensure that it gets into your home safely.
Great care is taken to ensure that the piece will not be damaged during shipping. In the event that a shipment comes damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Call us immediately and we will work with the shipper and designer to get your shipment to you properly.
Our pieces are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to detail. Due to the nature of shipping larger pieces and the time involved, we may not be able to refund shipping costs in the event of a return.
We hope that the beauty and quality of our pieces will delight and satisfy you for years to come. There are times when this does not happen and we will work with you to your satisfaction. Our pieces come with a lifetime manufacturer's defect warranty and we will repair or replace any item that meets this criteria. Please contact us for any issues within 14 days of delivery.
