How to Order

To order, simply click on the piece you wish to buy and choose an option (if available) using the round buttons below. The options will be either a color/finish choice or a wood-type choice.

One you've chosen your option(s), simply click the button labeled "Add to Cart". You will be directed to the Cart page where you have the option of checking out (with the "Checkout" button) or continuing to add pieces to your Cart (using the Continue Shopping button).

Colors on screen

We have strived to make sure our images reflect the finished piece as closely as is possible with modern technology. In some instances, computer monitors will not display colors properly (usually monitors older than 3 years, but even some new ones will have poor color representation). If you suspect that the color of your monitor is not 100% correct, we encourage you to look at the Fernwalla site on some different computers in order to make sure that the piece you have fallen in love with is what you intended it to be.

Artisan Series

Our Artisan Series pieces are all made to order based on your specifications. Because of the time-intensive hand craftsmanship, there is usually a delivery time of 6-8 weeks to ensure that the piece can be built and finished with the highest standards in the country. We know how important it is to have the piece you have been been dreaming of delivered as soon as possible for your home decorating project or event so we will keep you informed along the way with the progress of your order.
